Return & Cancellation Policy – Mono

At Mono, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of health and beauty products, we follow strict return policies to ensure hygiene, quality, and safety for all customers.


🔁 Return Policy

We do not accept returns on personal care, wellness, or beauty products once delivered — except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damage during transportation

  • Wrong item delivered


📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a return request for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue).

  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Submit it via email at care@monoskin.health or WhatsApp if applicable.

Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible under any circumstances.


⏱️ Return Process Timeline

  1. Return Request: Contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Pickup Arrangement: Pickup will be scheduled within 72 hours from your location.

  3. Product Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected within 2 working days.

  4. Refund Process: Refund will be initiated within 2 working days after inspection (if claim is approved).

If you choose to ship the item yourself, the delivery time will depend on the courier service used. Mono will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns during self-shipping.


💸 Refund Details

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.) and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Note: No refund will be initiated if the return claim is denied after inspection.


🚚 How to Return a Product (If Eligible)

If the product qualifies for return due to Mono’s error:

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • You must ensure the item is sealed and securely packed.

  • Request pickup by calling +91 73851 92924 or emailing care@monoskin.health.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Call us at +91 73851 92924 or email care@monoskin.health with your order ID.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders, cancelled before shipping, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.

If the order has already been dispatched:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Inform customer care immediately for further instructions.
